Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to residents and their guests. The Doorperson will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, reporting any defects or hazards to the estate manager, and following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and acknowledge residents and their guests, taking note of their names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or injuries to the estate manager, documenting details and facts in the incident management system.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to the company's dress code and uniform standards.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, residents, and guests, supporting team goals and resident satisfaction.
  • Educate service providers on recognizing and greeting residents by name, offering assistance, and communicating service requests to the Concierge team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, guests, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify potential hazards and report them to the estate manager.
  • Physical fitness and mobility, with the ability to move around the estate and assist residents with physical challenges.
Working Environment

This role will be based in the luxurious Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants PTE LTD estate, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and guests. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and public holidays.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including medical insurance, meal allowances, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
