The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd seeks a dedicated Residential Care Worker to join our team at Buangkok. As a key member of our community rehabilitation institution, you will work closely with youths staying in our facility. The successful candidate will be required to work night shifts and play a pivotal role in overseeing residents' daily lives.
Responsibilities:- Manage the welfare, discipline, and standards of regimentation within the institution.
- Support the shift during emergency situations.
- Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- Ensure safety and security of premises, including performing body and property checks, conducting night patrols, and dormitory checks.
- Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of residents.
- Able to develop positive relationships with residents.
- Involve in taskforce activities to assist and execute tasks as required.
- O Level and above qualification
- Able to perform rotating shifts
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
