Culinary Professional - Job Opportunity

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef De Partie in D15 Katong, Joo Chiat, Amber Road. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of food prepared in our kitchen meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to assure consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety throughout all kitchen areas.
  • Monitor kitchen maintenance and report any defects or operating equipment to the Head Chef.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Western cuisine preparation.
  • Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
