Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Review and prepare journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
- Review and handle GST submissions
- Provide information to tax agents for tax filling and enquiries
- Liaise with corporate secretaries for annual returns and resolutions
- Liaise with banks on operational issues and lawyers on legal matters
- Review legal documents and agreements in aspect of finance
- Insert financial numbers onto audited financial statements
- Daily operational accounting and finance activities
- Liaise with Joint Venture partners on administrative issues, management accounts, and agreements
- Ensure processes and controls are in place for internal audit
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
