  • Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Unreal Engine Game Developer to lead development projects focused on digital twin applications. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a pioneering startup revolutionizing real-time 3D technology.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reusable system architectures using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5). Your expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, visually stunning, client-ready real-time 3D applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead development and delivery of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5).
  2. Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to support growing project complexity and future expansion.
  3. Collaborate closely with technical artists, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  4. Guide best practices in coding, workflows, and version control across the team.
  5. Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.
  6. Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code and assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  7. Act as a key technical advisor in project planning and solution design discussions.
  8. Manage source control using Plastic SCM or Perforce.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++) in real-time 3D or game environments.
  • Proven leadership experience including team guidance, code review, and mentoring.
  • Strong expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital twin, simulation, or interactive 3D application development lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual fidelity.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Plastic SCM or Perforce version control systems.
  • Portfolio or examples of Unreal Engine projects demonstrating code quality, system design, and scalable architecture.

  • Knowledge of environmental simulations, geospatial technologies, and AI applications related to these verticals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, networking, or enterprise integration.
