Asset Integrity Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Integrity Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, optimizing, and managing the integrity of industrial assets across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in engineering analyses, field assessments, and asset management strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills to work closely with clients and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role involves conducting technical assessments of fixed and rotating assets, participating in site inspections, and developing inspection plans to extend the inspection periods of statutory equipment. Additionally, the candidate will support or lead Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) development and implementation projects, perform Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and life extension studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical assessments of fixed and rotating assets
  • Participate in site inspections and develop inspection plans
  • Support or lead AIMS development and implementation projects
  • Perform RBI, FFS, RCFA, and life extension studies
  • Analyse data collected from inspection or monitoring campaigns and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Develop technical documentation, reports, and presentations to support client decision-making
