Job Title: Backend Equipment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repairs of complex equipment including laser marking, ball attach, reflow oven, dicing, AOI, tape and reel, and packing station equipment.
  • Provide line sustaining support to manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform and document routine equipment maintenance tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new devices and recipes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, equipment optimization, and productivity growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in electrical/electronics/mechatronics/chemical/material science or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor backend processes and equipment principles.
  • Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments with hands-on knowledge of equipment operation is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
