Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and digital media, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Monitoring: Monitor incoming leads from various sources, qualify them, and ensure they reach the respective clubs.
  • Leads Update: Gather fresh leads, organize them, and input them into individual lead sheets.
  • Weekly Social Media Calendar: Create and schedule engaging social media posts, collaborate with content creators, and align posts with current marketing campaigns and events.
  • Website Revamp: Work with web designers and developers to give our website a stunning makeover, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and SEO-optimized.
  • Ad Hoc Design: Design eye-catching graphic materials, ensure they adhere to our branding guidelines, and collaborate with different clubs to meet their design requests.
  • Social Media Ads: Create and manage compelling social media ad campaigns, develop ad copy and visual assets, and monitor ad performance.
  • Managing Current Website: Regularly update the website with fresh content, ensure it is secure and backed up consistently, and optimize website speed and performance.
  • Managing Email Server: Oversee the configuration and upkeep of the email server, ensure reliable email delivery, and manage email accounts and policies.
  • Managing Web Host: Liaise with the web hosting provider to guarantee top-notch performance and uptime, monitor server performance, and ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
  • Coordinating Print Production: Develop and manage timelines for the design, approval, and production of printed materials and in-club graphics, research and select print vendors, and oversee the installation of in-club graphics.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
