Job Title: Lead Software Engineer for Billing System

This is a high-impact leadership role in our global engineering team. We are looking for an experienced software engineer to lead the development of our billing system.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in leading teams and delivering complex projects.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, implement and deliver software functions
  • Analyze product requirements and define technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Contribute to hiring, training and development of engineers within the team
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software functions
  • Analyze and validate technical designs
  • Review code and ensure coding standards
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to build a backlog that contributes to the roadmap
Requirements
  • Experience developing large-scale systems
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to lead teams and motivate individuals
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
