Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of RFQs, sourcing quotations for materials and services, and analyzing and evaluating price comparisons and costing summaries.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, and measurement of quantities, as well as managing contracts administration and handling issues related to extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claims, etc.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in QS or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Building / Civil (LTA) projects.
  • Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
  • Good knowledge in structural and architectural trades.
  • Good time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
