Job Description:

  1. Provide expert financial services to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate fund administration.
  2. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project management.
  3. Identify and address discrepancies during the fund migration process.
  4. Review and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate transfer to our accounting system.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to manage data transfer and system implementation.
  6. Ensure all internal requirements are met, and the implementation process runs smoothly.
  7. Review consolidated financial data on our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  8. Identify and bridge gaps between jurisdictions as necessary.

Your Profile:

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4.
  2. Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., ISCA, ACCA, CPAA, AICPA, or CA).
  3. Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds), is desirable.
  4. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and fluency in any other Asian languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) is an asset.
  5. Strong team spirit, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  7. Maturity and attention to detail are essential.
  8. High level of IT literacy, with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  9. Knowledge of eFront, Yardi, and Oracle systems is a distinct advantage.
  10. Strong project management and coordination skills.
  11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
