Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team at HUSTLE INSTITUTE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admin Tasks and Customer Service:
    • Welcome and assist new students at the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in process.
    • Collect and process payments efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Guide students to the correct classrooms, familiarizing them with the campus layout.
    • Assist students with attendance sheets, headcounts, and record-keeping, ensuring up-to-date information.
    • Address student inquiries, providing stationery or paper as needed.
    • Handle photocopying and printing tasks, meeting deadlines with ease.
    • Plan and organize ahead, ensuring seamless campus operations.
    • Answer phone calls and make reminder calls to students, maintaining excellent communication.
  • Centre Management:
    • Maintain classrooms in good condition, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring an efficient workflow.
    • Regularly restock the snack bar and maintain adequate supplies of tissue, paper cups, and dustbins.
  • Requirements:
    • Proficiency in conversational English for effective communication and following instructions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining patience and composure when managing crowds.
    • Basic computer literacy for tasks like data entry, communication, and record-keeping.
    • Punctuality and ability to work independently essential.
