About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Campus Experience Specialist.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic campus environment, interacting with prospective customers and delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch service by addressing inquiries from potential students through walk-ins and online platforms;
  • Familiarizing themselves with our curriculum and programs to effectively communicate with prospective customers;
  • Identifying and recommending courses that align with customers' needs and objectives;
  • Assisting in closing sales by guiding customers through the registration process;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth enrolment process;
  • Maintaining accurate customer database records;
  • Collecting and reviewing customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of a diploma in any field;
  • Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and sales-driven mindset are encouraged to apply;
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

Working Hours

The working hours are Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
