Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Network Sales Professional to join our team, specializing in consultative sales within the fibre and telecoms industry.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in B2B sales and a deep understanding of telecom sales channels, both direct and indirect.

This role plays a key part in expanding our client base, managing complex projects, and driving business growth through effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative sales in the telecoms industry, identifying and addressing customer needs to drive successful outcomes.
  • Leverage over 3 years of B2B sales experience to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Manage direct and indirect sales channels, developing strategies to optimize client engagement and sales processes.
  • Handle complex tasks and projects with precision, maintaining high standards of organization and detail.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver superior service.
  • Maintain IT proficiency to enhance productivity and leverage relevant tools in sales activities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to drive sales results, maintain discipline, and achieve goals.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an external sales role within the fibre or telecoms industry.
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling and customer solutions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined professional with a results-oriented approach.

We estimate that the salary for this position is around SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
