Senior Associate - Construction

This role is focused on non-contentious construction work, supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across APAC.

  • Advising clients on front-end construction matters, including drafting and negotiation of related project agreements.
  • Acting for a wide range of clients on major cross-border projects.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across banking, corporate, and project finance teams on the development and financing of infrastructure and energy assets.
  • Providing guidance to junior lawyers and contributing to client development and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience gained in a top-tier international law firm.
  • Strong technical grounding in non-contentious construction law.
  • Demonstrated exposure to major energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a cross-border team.
