Job Title: Nail Technician & Front Desk Support

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a nail technician and front desk support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients have a positive experience at our salon.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and nail stations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a nail technician and/or front desk support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English language skills required

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eyelash extensions and waxing
- Knowledge of nail art and design
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
