As a Centre Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction and overall management of our pre-school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Planning: Provide expert inputs and perspectives on pedagogy, delivery, and resource utilisation. Mentor teachers to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Community Engagement: Foster effective collaboration with parents and the community to drive development and growth.
  • Centre Resource Optimisation: Efficiently manage centre resources, including rostering, inventory, and controllable expenses.
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement centre programs, initiatives, and events that drive quality education.
  • Administrative Matters: Handle centre administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of exposure in a supervisory role, such as Senior Teacher or Lead Teacher.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum and teaching pedagogy.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices.
  • Involvement in SPARK Accreditation process is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in a centre with infant care and/or large pre-school centres is also advantageous.
