About the Role

We are currently looking for an Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating and collaborating with global study teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks;
  • Maintaining accurate project-specific status reports within our clinical trial management system;
  • Interacting with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors;
  • Providing oversight and quality control of our regulatory filing systems;
  • Managing study supplies and coordinating project meetings; and
  • Creating and maintaining project timelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic Disease (CVRM);
  • Fluency in English with strong presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment within an international team; and
  • Excellent computer, organisational, and communication skills.
