Job Title: Research Scientist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Scientist Assistant to join our team at Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist in conducting routine analyses, preparing samples, and maintaining laboratory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine tests and analyses in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory agency guidelines;
  • Prepare and log test samples for analysis;
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within Turn Around Time (TAT) parameters;
  • Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment;
  • Perform equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties as required;
  • Document work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records;
  • Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE);
  • Operate laboratory equipment and software appropriate for assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biological Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or an equivalent course;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with operational personnel, scientific staff, and department management;
  • Able to work with potentially hazardous materials and meet physical demands of the role, including standing and sitting for extended periods;
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols.
