Job Role:
  To provide job support services to trainees and alumni. The goal is to help individuals achieve their career aspirations and develop essential skills for the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • • Conduct work readiness assessments, site assessments, and employer analyses to identify job duties and improve job matching.

  Actively engage trainees and caregivers in taking proactive steps towards achieving their career goals and development needs. Collaborate with them to identify job opportunities and provide guidance on resume preparation, interview arrangements, and job orientation. Provide ongoing coaching at worksites to enhance job performance and incorporate essential social, communication, self-management, and etiquette skills required in a professional setting.

  Work closely with alumni to implement and review their vocational goals, create individual behavioral plans, and provide mentorship to employers at different levels to offer natural support to trainees in the workplace.

Employer Engagement and Partnership:
  Source new employers and employment opportunities while maintaining a robust database of existing partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned core and strategic employers, assessing their needs and delivering induction and education sessions that cater to their requirements. Obtain feedback from employers on the support provided and assist them in accessing available resources for employing individuals with disabilities.
  Collaborate with employers at various levels to promote harmonious industrial relations, resolve worker-centric issues, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and develop policies and procedures related to employee placement for trainees.

Administration & Others:
  Prepare monthly reports for management, write articles for internal newsletters, update records on employer databases, trainee employment, and waitlists. Attend case management meetings, submit weekly and monthly logs, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
