Product Leadership Role
">We are looking for an experienced product manager to oversee the development and lifecycle of our next-generation products in the field of optical chips or optical components. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with 3+ years of experience in optical chips or optical components, plus 3+ years of product management experience in high-tech hardware or photonics.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- - Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the silicon photonics space.
- - Define product requirements and evaluate feasibility for new solutions.
- - Lead end-to-end product development, from initiation to design and delivery.
- - Break down technical tasks and manage project timelines and milestones.
- - Collaborate across R&D, testing, and production teams to bring products to mass production.
Requirements:
">- - 3+ years of project management experience in optical chips or optical components, plus 3+ years of product management experience in high-tech hardware or photonics.
- - Proven track record in successfully launching and scaling products to mass production.
- - Deep understanding of the silicon photonics industry, including technology trends and competitive landscape.
- - Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
