Job Title: Supply Chain Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team.

You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to design and implement sourcing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce total cost of ownership, and support long-term business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze procurement and supply chain KPIs—such as supplier OTIF, cost variance, and inventory turnover—to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
  • Supplier Management: Lead sourcing and qualification of suppliers specializing in custom-engineered plastic and metal components, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets.
  • Production Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturing and planning teams to synchronize material availability with production schedules, factoring in lead times, tooling readiness, and capacity constraints.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics providers to optimize inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse utilization, and distribution timelines, minimizing freight costs and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a key liaison in resolving supply chain disruptions, including supplier quality issues, material shortages, and delivery delays, ensuring minimal impact on production and customer commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and deep understanding of supply chain principles.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
  • Experience in strategic collaboration, performance monitoring, and supplier management.
