Procurement Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our business objectives. This role is key to ensuring efficient and transparent procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of building strong relationships with suppliers.


Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify potential suppliers through research and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely vendor payments and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit backup Purchase Requests (PRs) for urgent orders.
  • Handle routine Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
