Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Professional to join our team. With over 40 years of excellence, we pride ourselves in delivering high-quality beauty treatments and products while continuously evolving with the latest innovations in skincare and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct hands-on training sessions on facial and body treatments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
  • Evaluate the performance of therapists and provide constructive feedback.
  • Provide on-the-job support and mentorship to beauticians and therapists.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer or similar role.
  • Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ, or any other relevant qualifications in beauty.
  • Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming, and beauty treatment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and influencing.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
