Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

As a cybersecurity specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough system setups and performing advanced IT cyber hardening on various security equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular inspections of software and hardware, including backend IT security systems such as firewalls, network switches, and frontend devices like Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Systems, CCTV Analytics, and Security Management Systems.
  • Providing in-depth technical expertise, including review of backend security systems.
  • Collaborating with project teams to plan, install, and maintain complex security infrastructure.
  • Supporting site surveys, quotation preparation, and documentation review.
  • Reviewing and updating inspection and testing plans to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Contributing to ongoing project and maintenance inspection efforts.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum Diploma in relevant Engineering disciplines, IT, Electrical and Electronics, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent knowledge of Security Backend Equipment from Servers, Database, Applications, and Network.
  • Proven experience with Cyber Hardening.
  • Strong technical skills with familiarity of MS Office products, data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good problem-solving abilities.
