As a pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare medication by reviewing and interpreting physicians' orders, detecting any potential incompatibilities.
- Medication Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing medication by reviewing and interpreting physicians' orders, detecting any potential incompatibilities.
- Dispensing Medication: You will dispense medication by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
- Customer Service: You will handle direct customers and patients, providing professional counseling and advice on health issues, symptoms, and medications.
- Confidentiality: You will ensure the confidentiality of information concerning customers and staff.
- Prescription Endorsement: You will ensure that all prescriptions are fully and accurately endorsed.
- Compliance: You will ensure that all procedures conform to legal requirements.
- Code of Ethics: You will comply with the code of ethics as laid down by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD): You will complete the requisite amount of CPD as laid down by the SPC.
- Fully Registered with SPC
