We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Respiratory Therapy and be registered with a valid practicing certificate.

  1. Delivering quality respiratory care to patients: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services.
  2. Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering basic and advanced respiratory care to patients.
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services.
  • Conducting and managing procedures such as mechanical ventilation support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, endotracheal intubations, arterial blood gas sampling, and bronchoscopy procedures.
  • Participating in ward rounds with medical teams to assess and optimize respiratory care plans.
  • Providing education and training to healthcare team members, students, and patients.
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on respiratory therapy equipment.
  • Engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives and mentoring students.
