Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Relaxation Therapist to join our team. As a Relaxation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional spa massage services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine interest in helping others relax and unwind.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent professional spa massage services to clients
• Advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed
• Be sensitive to each customer's comfort level and service needs
• Ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, and music level
• Enquire about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services
• Set up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor
