Job Title: Specialty Coffee Professional

Seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Specialty Coffee Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences grounded in care and respect.

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, warm, and welcoming.

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations across all our stores, making and serving a selection of delicious beverages with various brewing and preparation methods, staying knowledgeable about our current beverage offerings and preparation techniques, and continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings.

You will also taste our coffee regularly to ensure quality that upholds our standards and develop your palate.

As a member of our team, you will create a community in our cafes by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with our guests, inspiring your fellow teammates to do the same, and support the team by taking joy in tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly and effectively.

  • Proactive and enthusiastic with an avid interest in learning and making coffee.
  • Outgoing personality to interact with customers.
  • Possessing a valid food hygiene certificate.
  • Eligible to work in Singapore with a valid Singapore/Permanent Resident citizenship.
