Job Title: Restaurant Team Member
Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to provide support to service staff in the smooth operation of the dining area. This entails delivering a high level of cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring that tables are set up and ready for guests, replenishing items such as tableware, condiments, and water throughout the service period, and clearing soiled dishes at designated stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanitise and prepare tables before guests arrive.
- Replenish tableware, condiments, and water during operations.
- Clear tableware and reset tables after guests leave.
- Ensure the safety of guests and colleagues while performing duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
