Circular Dragon Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Wine Director to lead our wine and beverage program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices to maximize wine sales and cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement wine and beverage purchasing strategies to ensure optimal inventory management and cost control.
  • Collaborate with venue leaders to manage wine and beverage inventory, storage, and reporting.
  • Design and deliver wine and beverage training programs to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse wine portfolio, including list selection, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Lead wine workshops, industry tastings, and events to promote our wine offerings and build relationships with suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on prevailing market conditions and consumer preferences.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in hospitality with a focus on wine and/or beverages.
  • WSET Level 3 in wines or Advanced Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
  • Proven track record of driving wine and beverage sales and managing inventory.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, wine characteristics, food and wine pairing, and beverage inventory management.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
