We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Visionary to lead our design team in creating innovative and high-quality visual elements for projects. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing effective design solutions for client materials, and guiding the creative team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing creative briefs from intake to concept to completion
  • Mentoring and nurturing designers to develop their skills and talents
  • Managing growth and high-priority projects to ensure alignment with client vision and objectives
  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Managing the design delivery process, submissions, risk management, planning, and progress monitoring
  • Maintaining rigorous quality control standards, reviewing and approving all design work
  • Developing and maintaining strong client engagements through regular meetings and updates

Requirements:

  • Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with extensive work in Graphic Design, Visual Communications
  • Advanced experience with Adobe CS and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proven layout and design capabilities at an advanced level
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
