Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Insurance team. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive support to our insurance professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal secretarial and administrative support to the Insurance team
  • Edit, markup and amend documents, including formatting, pagination and document presentation
  • Proofread and prepare large files, document bundles and tables of contents
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, conferences, lunches and handle travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Conduct online searches on relevant databases and perform electronic filing
  • Draft and engross bills, timesheets, expense claims and COR applications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' secretarial/PA experience supporting both transactional and contentious work at foreign law firms
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, DMS, CMS, Chrome River, IManage, Aderant Expert Time and eLitigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative abilities, proficient secretarial skills, adept multitasking capabilities and accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Highly organized and efficient skilled in managing comprehensive travel arrangements
