As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by responding to roadside assistance calls, performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to automotive company roadside assistance calls and provide timely assistance to customers.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including engine and battery checks, and identify mechanical defects or faults.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in automotive service and repair is preferred.
  • At least an NTC 2 certification in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving license and be willing to work on rotating day and night shifts.
