Job Title: Chief Risk Mitigation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Risk Mitigation Specialist to lead our broking strategy and placement of individual accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as high levels of business and financial acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering presentations to secure new and build on existing relationships with clients;
  • Orchestrating new business placements, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage;
  • Reviewing and evaluating information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks;
  • Providing coverage and program design advice and expertise to clients;
  • Building strong partnerships with organizations and stakeholders in the market to secure optimum terms and conditions for clients;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications such as ACII or similar country equivalent;
  • Holds BCP, PGI, and ComGI certificates;
  • Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic broking environment;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
  • High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding and support of company strategy;
  • Strong skills in problem solving and planning;
  • Strong group presentation skills (written and verbal);

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive complex conversations and engage at executive level. You will also be responsible for managing new business targets to achieve agreed growth levels in the portfolio.
