At CAPEN MARKETING PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and lead our company to success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to capture market share and achieve sales targets;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the corporate, tourism retail, and CNY events sectors;
- Generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing contacts and networks;
- Planning and arranging contracts for collaboration partners;
- Working closely with the team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive product awareness and outreach;
- Partnering with strategic alliances to create awareness for our brand and secure sales in identified markets;
- Monitoring and tracking campaign performance;
- Ensuring accuracy of online content for all products;
- Providing market intelligence on overall e-commerce and business trends in the region;
- Timely and accurate execution of pricing changes via channel managers;
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as attractive benefits, including medical, annual leave, AWS, variable bonus, incentives, free parking, and perks such as company retreats. Requirements:
- Strong experience in business development and sales;
- Preferably have experience in events management;
- Strong team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure;
- Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules;
- Ability to work independently and complete given tasks with minimum supervision required;
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify business development opportunities and strategies and campaigns;
- Confident, meticulous, independent, creative individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness;
- Highly motivated and well-organized with a sense of urgency;
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines;
- Has excellent command of English (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong in Microsoft Office is a must;
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is preferred;
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience;
