Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at DAY & NIGHT LANDSCAPE PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and cleanliness on the ground.

Your key responsibilities will include performing general cleaning to maintain cleanliness, managing customer complaints in a professional manner, managing manpower deployment, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and preparing operations reports and other administrative duties.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as time management, inspection, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of operations and cleanliness on the ground
  • Performing general cleaning to maintain cleanliness
  • Managing customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Managing manpower deployment
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Preparing operations reports and other administrative duties
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also have experience in facilities management or a related field and be proficient in MS Office. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
