About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Development Manager to join our Southeast Asia Business Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating product strategies, assessing current retail offerings, and collaborating with external providers to identify high-quality new product offerings.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategies that cater to the needs of high-net-worth individuals, backed by synthesising customer needs, industry developments, and in-depth peers benchmarking.
  • Assess the company's current retail offerings and identify opportunities for upgrade, customization, digitisation or automation that cater to the client experience and needs of HNWIs.
  • Collaborate with external providers to identify high-quality new product offerings that would appeal to HNWIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal global and local stakeholders, including technology teams and sales/marketing teams, to drive alignment on new opportunities and drive execution from solutions design, development, MVP launch and post-launch iterations.

Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product management/product strategy role or similar role in the private banking or wealth management industry. You will also need strong knowledge of financial products (structured products, alternative funds solutions, capital market products) and experience dealing with HNWIs.
