We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice on property-related matters to our salespersons.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to leverage their expertise in contract and real estate law to support our business growth. You will be responsible for representing the company in claims matters at the Small Claims Tribunal, attending mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes, and handling feedback from salespersons and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general legal advice on property-related matters to salespersons.
  • Represent the company in claims matters at the Small Claims Tribunal.
  • Attend mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
  • Handle feedback from salespersons and consumers.
  • Manage debt recovery and collection matters.
  • Draft legal documents.
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments in support of the department as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Law.
  • Preferably with some years of experience in a similar role.
  • Training will be provided to handle various legal matters.
  • Good knowledge of contract and real estate law is advantageous.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, to support your career growth.
