The Platform Supplier Management team oversees the supplier relationships that ensure a highly resilient and compliant platform for all customers.

This is achieved by managing 3rd party suppliers providing foundational technology for Autodesk Platform Services.

This includes cloud-native suppliers across domains such as API Management, Security, Databases, SAAS/PAAS providers, Localization, Service and staff augmentation providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support specific business areas by managing all their supplier accounts
  • Create and manage supplier management policies and procedures
  • Ensure supplier compliance with documented policies and procedures
  • Manage the supplier lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, negotiations, issue management, to offboarding
  • Collaborate with various teams on RF(x) processes, technical supplier evaluations, security assessments, and other projects
  • Work with Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalation processes
  • Monitor contract renewals and execute them well in advance of expiry
  • Monitor supplier performance, financial status, SLA/KPI monitoring
  • Resolve disputes between business and supplier
