Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our team and leverage their technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Scalable Applications: Utilize the UFW framework to create high-performance Java applications.
  • Data Access Layers: Implement data access layers using Hibernate or iBatis with Oracle SQL to ensure seamless database interactions.
  • Workflow Management: Integrate and manage workflows using Flowable or similar BPM engines to streamline business processes.
  • Reactive Programming: Apply reactive programming principles to build responsive and resilient systems that can handle concurrent requests efficiently.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and debug performance issues at the JVM level to identify areas for improvement.
  • Multi-Threading and Concurrency: Handle multi-threading and concurrency challenges in high-throughput systems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform system analysis and propose robust solutions that meet business requirements.
  • POCs and Evaluations: Conduct POCs to evaluate new design patterns, frameworks, or technologies and provide recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Java Development Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Financial Services Domain: At least 3 years of experience in the financial services domain.
  • Spring Boot 3 and Hibernate/iBatis: Strong proficiency in Spring Boot 3, Hibernate/iBatis, and Oracle SQL.
  • Reactive Programming: Solid understanding of reactive programming (e.g., Spring WebFlux).
  • Flowable or Similar Tools: Experience with Flowable or similar workflow/BPM tools.
  • JVM Internals: Deep knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and JVM internals.
