Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Operations Manager to join our team at WGT EHR PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works. You will lead a team of managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors, and technicians in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises and buildings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in facilities management, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors/vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations, and coordinate administration of M&E works with consultants and clients.
  • Monitor building systems, attend to breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns promptly, minimizing inconvenience or disruption.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well maintained, and deliver high-performance IFM services.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management, providing insights into facility performance and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent, preferably in Singapore.
  • Degree in Facilities Management/Engineering, with focus on business, technical (Engineering/M&E), or management areas. Prior supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Strong building or M&E knowledge, with hands-on experience preferred. Exposure to Government bodies, Commercial, and Institutions an advantage.
  • Candidates with more years of relevant facilities maintenance experience may be considered for senior positions.
