Investment Associate Role">

As an Investment Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. This includes structuring and executing the acquisition of assets, conducting financial modeling to assess and support acquisition decisions, and presenting financial analysis to key stakeholders.

Additionally, you will conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical, and financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers and consultants. You will also prepare investment papers, presentations, and other materials as required.

Another crucial aspect of this role is monitoring market news, trends, and preparing regular sector research. This information will be used to inform investment decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
