Senior Renewable Energy Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewable Energy Finance Manager to join our team in SUNSEAP GROUP PTE. LTD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in project finance, renewable energy, and APAC markets to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, financial analysis, and leadership skills.
Job Description- Implement EDP Renewables APAC's financial policy and strategy in coordination with various internal teams;
- Evaluate optimal financing strategies for assigned countries, involving coordination with business units including Accounting, Tax, M&A, and Legal;
- Work with M&A and BD teams on financing-related matters for new projects, including due diligence, market assessment, and valuation;
- Manage project financing activities for APAC projects, serving as the main liaison with external lenders, including reviewing financing options, proposing alternatives, and managing advisors;
- Prepare information memorandums, management or lender presentations, and launch financing Request for Proposals to the market and internal investment and financing decisions;
- Maintain relations with stakeholders, particularly EDP teams/functions and shareholders, and recognize co-investing projects' needs;
- Efficiently manage priorities in a multi-project environment with tight deadlines, providing transparent communication with internal clients and stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date on project financing market trends and maintain collaborative relationships with lenders, financial advisors, and the project financing community;
- Degree in finance/accountancy/banking/engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in energy, electricity, or renewables/infrastructure projects;
- Experience in closing debt/equity financing documents for infrastructure projects;
- Meticulous, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure;
- Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation, and excellence;
- Strategic thinking, ability to organize and synthesize complex information;
- Competitive salary range SGD $150,000 - SGD $250,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards)
