Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising junior nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on direct patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Supervise and guide junior nurses in their daily activities, promoting efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Advanced diploma/post-basic certificate in any discipline is required for this role.
  • Active registration with the relevant nursing board and current professional licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Working Environment:

As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including wards, High Dependency Units (HDUs), Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Psychiatry Ward, Radiology, and Endoscopy departments.
