Job Title: Program Manager

This position requires a seasoned leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute program strategies across departments (Product, IT, Operations, Marketing).
  • Create program goals, timelines, key performance indicators, and success metrics.
  • Cultivate collaboration among teams and projects under a unified program structure.
  • Monitor program-level risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Foster continuous improvement and scalability across business functions.
  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and impact analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a matrixed or global organization.
  • In-depth understanding of program governance and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience managing regional or global programs.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ERP platforms.
