Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Foster a safe and positive working environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Ensure all team members complete their learning items within the stipulated timeframe, driving continuous improvement and skill development.
  • Respond to unscheduled events affecting production, develop recovery plans, allocate resources, and provide timely updates to stakeholders as the initial Site Management Coordinator (SMC) until handover to the crisis management task force.
  • Lead and direct the Shift team to achieve alignment, drive mitigation plans for constraints and gaps, and effectively manage Shift resources to meet wafer output, cycle time, and output plan targets.
  • Conduct Shift passdown to review shift performance, assign priority issues to supporting functions, and set production targets and directions for daily activities.
  • Collaborate with hold lot owners to dispose and move production materials in a timely manner to meet output requirements.
  • Manage the Remote Operation Centre (ROC) and drive continual improvement in business processes, manufacturing systems, and reporting.
  • Approve and manage SIPP work to minimize the impact of SIPP works on production through planning and execution to plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build automation systems, infrastructure, and dashboards for the shift team to enhance manufacturing system deployment and enhancement.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage multiple productivity and quality improvement projects, such as cycle time reduction, scheduling effectiveness, operations simplification, man model optimization, and die shipped increase.
  • Collaborate with Probe Software/OI team on area scheduling, automation, and line management systems and successfully roll out to the shift team.
  • Conduct performance management and professional development of TMs through partnering with Work Force Development and Area team to develop and implement tactical and strategic training plans.
  • Develop and mentor MFG Leads successors for key appointments in the Probe MFG team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts, including capacity planning, cycle time, operations research, factory physics, production planning/scheduling, etc.
  • Basic understanding of process/equipment knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and close inefficiency gaps.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and complete assigned tasks within designated timelines.
  • Adaptive to change and challenge in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
