About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy to join our team at Hunting Energy Services PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance of Strategic Relationships
  • Foster and develop strategic partnerships with mills to drive business growth and opportunities.
  1. Domestic Sales Leadership
  • Oversee a team of Business Development Managers focusing on domestic sales, specifically targeting CNOOC.
  • Collaborate with strategic mill partners or channels in Central Asia to enhance sales growth.
  1. Pioneering New Markets
  • Lead efforts to establish a presence in the Chinese Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) market and/or the geothermal sector.
  1. Team Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Direct a team of 4 members to ensure high customer satisfaction and project success in Wuxi.
  1. Asia Pacific Executive Team Contribution
  • Participate as an active member of the Asia Pacific Executive Team.
  • Contribute to yearly budget planning, participate in strategy meetings, and conduct monthly operations reviews.
Competencies and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong account management capabilities, and leadership qualities. Experience in sales, relationship management, and strategy development is highly valued. Familiarity with financial services and pediatrics/neuroscience drug development is an added advantage.
