Job Title: Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the main cook in food preparation and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the main cook in food preparation, including washing, cutting, marinating, and preparing ingredients for dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Set up workstations and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
  • Assist in plating and packaging takeaway orders.
  • Operate and manage the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for taking orders and handling cashless payments.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have relevant working experience as a Kitchen Assistant/Cook.
  • Candidate with experience in Malaysian style cuisine is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary: Starting from $2600 (depending on experience).
  • Meals provided.
  • Working hours: 8 or 10 hours shift/day.
  • Rest day: 1 day per week (to be arranged by employer).
