About the Team

The Supply Chain Team is dedicated to developing a flexible, stable, and efficient global supply chain framework, which encompasses procurement systems, logistics management, multi-country and multi-regional warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery systems. This team continually optimizes processes through data and algorithms to ensure a reliable customer experience and assist operational staff in enhancing efficiency and achieving new milestones.

Job Description

As the Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, working closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Quality Management teams to ensure the usability and quality of our essential functionalities that satisfy both internal stakeholders and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, offering support and performance evaluations
  • Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and devise appropriate testing strategies
  • Oversee test environments, data management, and automation frameworks
  • Evaluate quality metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute corrective measures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership with strong management capabilities
  • Over 6 years of experience in backend software testing
  • Proficient in database management, message queuing, and caching systems
  • Expertise in Microservices contract testing and Agile SDLC practices
  • Experience in testing large-scale complex projects
  • Strong technical acumen with coding skills in scripting languages such as Python
  • Familiarity with the Go programming language is a plus
